After attaching the glow start now you can pull the recoil starter. You need to pull the recoil starter back quickly and release as soon as the engine starts. However, you should not exert too much pull on the recoil as this could end up damaging the spring within.

To start the engine on this kind of car normally only needs you to pull the recoil starter once, but sometimes it may take a second attempt. If you are having real problems getting yours started then check that the fuel and air mixture is correct and once started you may need to adjust this. The only way that you will be able to tell when the engine is running correctly is by listening to the sound it is making.
