What happens when I place an order then?
The online order form that you’ll find on each of the party theme pages is a very basic online form. It comes directly to us, and doesn’t go to anyone else. All of the information that has been sent - the items that have been selected, the shipping address, the party date, the shipping method, and whether payment has been included - is checked over.You will receive in-stock items approximately 5 to 7 business days after placing your order.

What if I don’t like what I ordered?
You know when you order something online or from a catalogue, and you can’t touch it or see it, and it arrives, and it turns out to be even better than you had thought? That’s the feeling that we hope you have when you receive your order. But if isn’t what you had thought it would be, please let us know. You can return it.

Will I receive my balloons inflated?
When you order either latex or mylar balloons, you will receive them uninflated. As much as we would like to send you the balloons already filled with air, doing so would only result in burst balloons at your doorstep. There are a number of options when it comes to inflating your balloons. We have two products available in our “All Occasion” store: Helium tank fills 25 to 30 11″ balloons or 30 mylar 18″ balloons. The tank is non-refillable.

Will I have to pay tax on my order?
We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of Indiana or New Jersey. The tax will then be 6% of your total order. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of Indiana, no tax will be charged.
