There is a new breed of people joining up with home businesses today. These people are brand new to the world of home business. They are people that because of the economy and other reasons are looking to replace their present incomes.

With thousands of people getting laid off their jobs more people are looking at starting a home business everyday. I talk to these people everyday and there story is the same as mine was a while ago. They have tried businesses online already but can’t understand why they can’t make them work.

We have all been there and the reasons are usually the same. They just don’t get the training they need. How can you possibly be successful at a home business if you don’t have somebody show you the necessary things?

This is the problem with about 98% of all home business programs. They are real happy to get you to join up with them by telling you that you will get rich quick. Now that you have paid your money what comes after that?

After you join them how will you know where to start? Without support how will you learn what a lead capture page is? How will you learn about writing and submitting articles?

How will you decide which forms of advertising will work with your budget? Your team members will expect a certain amount of support from you. Sometimes they may call you with a simple problem so don’t make them feel like they are bothering you with something trivial.

Remember that your team members are going to be the backbone of your business. If you teach them well then you will only do better in the long run. The way I look at it is I want my team members to be better at this than me!

I have no interest in being the next best thing. If I can help my team members be good at this business then I will be a success too. If your team has a sense of direction and know where they are going then in the end I will be successful!
