Everything is getting smaller these days. Cars, computers, camcorders, and yes even cameras are getting smaller. This is to make things easier for you to take them with you. The big bulky cameras are great for professional photographers. For those of us that like to take a lot of pictures of family events and holidays, the small ones are great.

Have you ever wondered what toner really is? Toner is a powder used by laser printers and photocopiers to form the text on the paper. The first toner was a simple carbon powder. Nowadays, that old carbon powder is mixed with a polymer, improving the overall quality of the print. The polymer varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but it can be only Styrene Acrylate Copolymer or a Polyester Resin. How do laser printers work? Basically, the process is quite simple: toner particles are melted by the heat generated by the printer\’s fuser, causing them to bond to the paper. Each manufacturer has its own recipe of toner, so the formulations will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (sometimes even from printer to printer).
