You may remember times when you had to speak at some public function and the unpleasant feelings that preceded it. It may even dredge up unpleasant thoughts even now just thinking about it. Having chronic anxiety is not only very difficult to live with but it often hard to talk about. Depression is usually triggered off by something that you are unhappy about. However, due to any number of reasons you might fail to identify it at that time, and then it will just worsen. Soon enough, you could find yourself angry and unhappy with everything else. Not a pleasant feeling. Don\’t allow such depression to happen to you all the time. Major depression is what happens to you when you are unhappy and you don\’t know why. If you saw someone at that time, you are either not interested in relating with that person or you just want to hurt the person to get them out of your way. And sometimes this kind of depression gets to the point where you stress yourself to immobility. Yes, that bad.
