The Mayan Tzolkin calendar is an ancient spiritual view of the cycles we experience throughout our lives. Beginning a new 260 day cycle just days before our present day New Years we can approach the days of resolutions with a little though and a lot of letting go. This is a time to begin again, taking the best from where we have been and stepping up to a whole new level.

The idea of using meditation to relax body and soul is the latest hot trend in the up and coming generation. Many folks confuse meditation with other exercises for the spirit self. That is not accurate. A person doesn\’t need to be seeking spiritually to gain the rewards of meditation.
