Part-2 Choosing a diet plan, pick a diet that allows and permits you to eat foods from every food group no matter what age group or sex you are. Balance is important in all aspects of our lives, and includes the foods that you eat! Eating Low G.I. Carbohydrates, plenty of roughage and fibers, eat good source of protein, ( such as lean, red meat, poultry, fish ,eggs and etc.) in moderation and consistent regular exercise, you will certainly lose weight. Cutting or removing out entire food groups from your daily diet is not the healthiest and sensible way to go! One very important thing for me to eat a diet that contain plenty of fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, fish, and poultry, lean red meat and water! Water is essential and to drink plenty of water at least5 8-10 glasses everyday is a must!

We can live without exercise before pregnancy so why bother to do so now that you\’re pregnant? Good question. stamina training and strength training have two totally different effects on the body and how you burn your fat ,because when you are involved in stamina training you are adding more powerful cyclers this increase your muscles capacity to produce and use the energy needed to contract,muscle however is totally different when you are doing any kind of strength training ,this will give you a bigger and stronger muscle fiber structure because when you are pushing or pulling any kind of weight yuo will tear the muscles and when this happens the body builds a bigger and stronger frame when this happens you become a fat burning furnace because muscle is the primary energy consumer in the body.

One of my first passions was being a certified Fitness trainer. I was great at it too! The average fitness trainer keeps clients for about 2 months. I kept my clients for over 2 years. Training people to their fitness goals was a true joy for me… Being able to see their lives change for the better was rewarding. It\’s the same feeling I now get as a hypnotherapist.

Last night some friends and I decided to do something off the cuff for all of us. We went ice skating! The funny thing is, is that none of us have ever skated more then 3 times in our lives. So what a site it was to see us all bumping into each other like bumping cars in Disneyland. But, we all noticed one particular little girl with pony tails skating about the ice as if nothing else mattered. Her lines were fluid and graceful and moreso, you can tell that she was simply enjoying herself! This gave me a flash back to the 2002 Winter Olympics when the whole world witnessed an underdog by the name of Sarah Huges win the Gold over predicted winner Michell Kwan.
